BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY


BOOKING: For all sessions a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE session fee is required immediately as a retainer to book and secure your chosen date. This fee also serves as a cancellation fee should you cancel. However the fee can be credited towards a rescheduled session within 3 months of the original scheduled session date. If you wish to change the date, I will try my best to accommodate the change as long as I am available and no fee will be charged. This booking fee is 25% off your quoted session. Special consideration is is made for newborn and maternity sessions. 

WEDDING PACKAGES: A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% retainer fee is due immediately to sure and book the date of your event while also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance of the package can be paid in full or with 4x fortnightly repayments via After-Pay due 2 weeks before the date of the wedding. 

PAYMENTS:All fees can be paid via cash, bank transfer, paypal, personal cheque, After-Pay, EFTPOS (Eftpos available on site of session)  and also via Square invoice. If paying by cheque please be advised there will be a $35 fee is for some reason the cheque bounces to cover bank fees. FINAL PAYMENT is due THE DAY OF your session. 
*Photography specials can not be paid via After-Pay.*

CANCELLATION POLICY:Any Client who does not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of their booked session will forfeit the 25% retainer fee and serve as a cancellation fee. 

For weather cancellations you will receive a message to to let you know your session needs to be cancelled, Teyarnea has the ultimate decision if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a message with a list of available times and dates for your session. 

WEDDINGS: If your wedding is called off or tragedy occurs, we will discuss a possible partial refund. If your complimentary engagement session has been completed already, a refund will not be issued. For any reason your wedding date is to change, I will do my absolute best to accommodate changes and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available to T R Imagery's calendar year and within 9 months of the original scheduled date. If for some reason I am unavailable for the new scheduled date, discussion of a possible partial refund. 

If T R Imagery cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or any other cause beyond control of parties, or due to the photographers illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further Liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damage without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event  T R Imagery fails to perform for any other reason, T R Imagery shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid. 


REFUNDS:Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that all photographs maybe viewed by the client on our website or USB following purchase, once orders have been sent, T R Imagery  has a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY (of course guarantee the images received meet the highest standards in every aspect and works with the customers to improve editing if not happy with the sneak peak images before final album is complete.)

Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the session and then T R Imagery sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable.
Refunds will NOT be given due to "not liking a photograph or style T r imagery edits" or selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph.

If a buyer has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, he/she must notify T R Imagery, before receiving the incorrect photograph. 

Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final.
